3 Ways to Secure Glass in Windows

Daylight Applications
In this application, the security film is installed
cut short of the frame. This type of installation will
prevent flying glass but has been tested to show that
the entire window will not stay in the window.

Adhesive Applications
In this application, the security film is installed
cut short of the frame. A 1" bead of Dow Corning
995 structural adhesive is used to adhere the film to
the frame. This type of installation has been tested
and has recieved a Federal Government GSA Safety Rating
for Class C Buildings. Can be used in all window systems.

Anchor Applications
This application has the film extend onto the frame
of the window. An adhesive bead is put onto the film.
The aluminum anchor is placed onto the film window sill.
A decorative cap goes over the anchor to match existing
aluminum. Best used in aluminum window frames. Wil secure
window in all cases. This type of installation has also
been tested and has recieved a Federal Government GSA
Safety Rating for Class C Buildings. Can be used in
all window systems.
